Gammon Steak served with Peaches and Capella Goats Cheese
One Happy Meats dry cured Old Spot gammon steak per person
One peach per person
1/2 Mar Goats Capella Cheese per person
1. Slice peaches in half and remove stones
2. Grill cut side down to warm through
3. Divide Capella into generous sections - enough to fill the
stone hole and cover the surface
4. Return to grill and cook until lightly brown
5. Serve as an accompaniment to grilled gammon or with salad
leaves as a starter.
