Lemon, Parsley and Garlic Marinade

For all Happy Meat and Poultry

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
grated rind and juice of 2 organic lemons
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 large organic onion, finely chopped
teaspoon dried oregano
dash of ground black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil

Combine and pour over the meat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally
