Easy BBQ Marinade

For all Happy Meat, poultry or fish and it can be used as a basting sauce.

3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1-2 cloves of garlic crushed
Dash of ground black pepper

Combine and pour over the meat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally
