The secret to perfect Happy Meats sausages
- Defrost only what you are to use. Our sausages are preservative
free so need to be kept frozen
- Drop each sausage briefly in a dish of hot water. This helps
expand the natural skins and helps to avoid the sausage splitting
during cooking. Do not prick their skins.
- Pan fry or oven bake with minimal oil. Cook them at a lower
heat and for a little longer than ordinary sausages.
