Heston Blumenthal joins the Happy Meats Fan Club

We were delighted to get the seal of approval from pioneering chef Heston Blumenthal in his new role as Sunday Times Food Write (Style Magazine Sunday 12th November). Heston recommended Happy Meats after trying our classic Old Spot Chemical Free sausage 'The Governor' and a piece of our superb Belted Galloway steak hung for our standard 4 weeks.
