Fantastic local trout can now be purchased from Happy Meats. Caught by a friend of ours, the Rainbow Trout are Oak Smoked ready for you to cook as normal. We have been simply taken aback at how delicious the smoked trout are. We even sold one to Celebrity Chef James Martin at the recent Worcester cathedral Food and Drink Festival! Stocks are limited though, so we do recommend you book your order in atleast a week in advance.
