Today the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)announced that in laboratory tests one food colouring, Red 2G (E128), may have the potential to damage the genetic material in cells and cause cancer in animals. 20 Nov 2006		Heston Blumenthal joins the Happy Meats Fan Club We were delighted to get the seal of approval from pioneering chef Heston Blumenthal in his new role as Sunday Times Food Writer. Heston recommended Happy Meats after trying our classic Old Spot Chemical Free sausage 'The Governor' and a piece of our Belted Galloway steak hung for our standard 4 weeks.

If you order by Tuesday, Flights will deliver your box to happy Meats on Thursday lunchtime. You are then free to collect it at a time to suit you.
